Kyle Wacyra is the Principal and lead Energy Engineer of Capital Efficiency.

​

Mr. Wacyra holds a Master of Engineering in Energy Engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He is a licensed Professional Engineer registered with the California State Board of Engineers.

​

Mr. Wacyra has over twelve (12) years of building industry experience, specializing in Energy Engineering, Commissioning (Cx), and Retro-Commissioning (RCx). His experience extends to both new construction and existing buildings and spans across several building sectors: commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, hospitality, museums, mission critical, retail, high-rise residential, mixed-use, higher education, K-12 schools, and even professional sports stadiums and arenas.

Mr. Wacyra has a passion for high-performance green buildings, evaluating system performance and optimizing energy efficiency, identifying energy efficiency measures, conducting energy and economic savings calculations, and ultimately driving towards net zero energy design and operations.
